Dexus 4, Rosebery
Located in the evolving North Rosebery, the factories on the site once housed predominantly confectionary production and later housed a variety of industrial and commercial uses including 10 storey 1960s commercial tower significant in scale and presence in the area. This project is unique in that it encompasses the adaptive reuse of the existing 1960s office tower and is bordered by a generous landscape buffer to the north and west.
This project takes its lead from the contemporary reinvention of the iconic tower building on the site. Envisaged as a luminous lantern – the tower will become a compelling landmark in this ever-evolving urban precinct. Two distinct garden buildings will bound this tower providing an intimate and visually connected garden development.
