Fox Johnston in conjunction with Nettletone Tribe won a design excellence competition for the design of this 62 storey building which will become Parramatta’s tallest residential tower. Located 23 kms west of Sydney CBD, the site sits at the southern perimeter of Parramatta’s central hub – now the 6th largest CBD in Australia. The site is part of Councils 2038 Growth Vision area.

The tower will have a robust sandstone podium, anchoring the high-rise to the site, which will house retail and commercial spaces. The building form of the residential tower above has been carefully manipulated to maximise northern sunlight into apartments as well as provide a dynamic and highly articulated street presence. Communal spaces are strategically located to provide dynamic breaks in the building form as well as offer the residents a variety of experiences.
